I have worked for FläktGroup for about 12 years now – within these years I worked for several departments.

 

 

What are 3 things about the HVAC industry that interest you?

  • The technology 
  • Diversity of products/types of tasks – a lot of individual projects with different types of units
  • HVAC touches everyone – we all get in touch with treated air, but rarely in daily life do people realise where it comes from.

 

What would you consider your greatest success at FlaktGroup?

 

Developing myself by growing within the company.

I have worked for FläktGroup for over 2 years.

 

 

What is it about the HVAC industry that interests you?

 

I enjoy the wide variety that being a HVAC service engineer presents, I enjoy the technical challenges and finding solutions to problems with equipment. I enjoy seeing/visiting different parts of the country in the course of my job and interacting with customers.

 

What would you consider your greatest success at FlaktGroup?

 

I believe my greatest success and ongoing success is helping customers get the best from their equipment and strive for excellent service and being part of FläktGroup allows me to do this and share the successes with the wider company.

 

Hello, I'm Emin Toku - CARE Services Team

I have worked for FläktGroup since 2012 – almost 12 years. Started as a trainee industrial clerk.

 

What are 3 things about the HVAC industry that interest you?

  • HVAC may not be something everyone thinks about, but it is highly significant and represents comfort wherever we go or spend time.
  • The HVAC industry leads in creating technologies and systems that greatly enhance energy efficiency, always considering the environment and carbon footprint, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • It's truly amazing what can be achieved with water and air in the HVAC industry.

 

What would you consider your greatest success at FlaktGroup?

 

To be honest, I have had some really great successes, but I think I have to highlight two things. Firstly, the transformation of the Logistics/Central Services/Invoicing department in Sales into a very efficient and solution-oriented department. Likewise, my personal development in Service within 3 years is really very impressive, as I moved from Sales to Service in 2021, where I had no points of contact since the beginning of my apprenticeship.

 

I started in Service as a team leader 2021 and now I am the Service coordinator for three departments.

  • Air purification technologies – during the pandemic and what is possible with it
  • Some of our devices have been running for over 40 years and customers are satisfied
  • Retrofit solutions.

Learning with and from my colleagues and the opportunity to participate in change.
