Bestseller Aarhus

Fashion Company Bestseller operates from there Office Building on pier 2 at Aarhus harbor area. The 22,000 m² building is set up with office and exhibition facilities, supporting Bestseller's continuing education and marketing activities. The basement of 24,000 m² will accommodate a three-level underground carpark and access to neighboring property - Navitas Park.

Need: HVAC system with economcial running costs that provides good indoor air climate for occupants as well as a car park ventilation solution.

 

Solution: IQIF Cooling / Heat Baffle is used with motorized nozzles for VAV-operation.

The building complies with the Building Regulations BR 2010 Energy Requirements for Low Energy Class 2015.

 

FläktGroup A/S provided a complete system solution that includes all of the building's HVAC products. To ensure a good indoor climate with minimal operating costs, the new IQIF Cooling / Heat Baffle is used with motorized nozzles for VAV-operation.

 

The baffle is designed to be mounted in unbroken bands throughout the length of the room, using dummy sections in addition to the active models. The baffle has been installed with integrated PIR sensor, speakers, ABA and inspection-loop.

 

Carpark ventilation system, smoke ventilation system and pressurized systems in the staircases, are supplied with complete controls solutions.
