Legal Bases

We collect and process your personal data exclusively on a legal basis, in particular on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).

If we obtain your consent for processing operations for specific processing purposes, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

If we need your personal data in order to fulfil a contract concluded with you (e.g. delivery of goods, provision of services), the processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Collection of General Data

When you use our website, data transmitted to us by your browser will be processed and stored on our server. These data are necessary to provide the content and services of our website and are used to correctly display the website and to ensure security and stability. Newsletter

If you register for our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. For an effective registration you need a valid e-mail address. In order to ensure that the registration is actually carried out by you, we will at first send an e-mail to the indicated e-mail address after registration, asking you to confirm the registration. By confirming the registration you inform us that you agree to the registration (so-called double opt-in procedure). We log your registration for the newsletter, the sending of the confirmation e-mail and the receipt of your confirmation.

We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files that are stored on our website. For the evaluations, we link the aforementioned data and the web beacons with your e-mail address and an individual ID. Links contained in the newsletter also contain this ID. The data is only collected pseudonymously, i.e. the IDs are not linked to your other personal data, a direct personal reference is excluded.

You can at any time terminate your subscription to the newsletter and revoke your consent to the storage of data stored for sending the newsletter. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter. You can also unsubscribe directly via our website or by contacting us via the aforementioned contact methods.

 

Cookiebot

We use the service of Cookiebot on our website. This is a service provided by Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark.

Cookiebot automatically creates a cookie banner for website visitors. For this purpose, the service checks all cookies and tracking measures of a website. We can thus check whether our website complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and determine what data our website collects and passes on to third parties. We store your personal data on the basis of an order processing contract for a period of 12 months in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR. You can object to the storage of your data at any time or deactivate the execution of the code of Cookiebot in your browser settings.

 

Google Analytics

For our website we use Google Analytics, a tracking tool of Google, LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called ""cookies"" (see above under ""cookies""), which are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The thus generated information about your use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. We do not collect any personal data ourselves by means of the social plugins shown or through their use because we use simple link or 2-click solutions. External HR Systems

We collect and process personal data from applicants for the purpose of processing the application procedure, also by electronic means. This applies in particular if an applicant provides us with corresponding application documents electronically, for example by e-mail. In addition, we use external HR systems (e.g. sympahr.net; workbuster.se) whose privacy policies are referred to in the event of forwarding.

If an employment contract is concluded, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of handling the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.

If an employment contract is not concluded, the application documents will be automatically deleted three months after notification of the rejection decision unless there are any other legitimate interests on our part which prevent deletion.

 

Duration of Processing and Deletion

Your data will only be processed for as long as it is necessary for achieving the above-mentioned processing purposes; for this purpose, the legal bases indicated in the context of the processing purposes apply accordingly.

We delete or block personal data in accordance with the legal requirements after the expiry of one of the periods described above, if no period is specified, as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned herein or a legally prescribed storage period expires.

 

Data Transmission

We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR,
  • this is legally permissible and, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, is necessary for the fulfilment of a contractual relationship with you or the implementation of pre-contractual measures,
  • under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR there is a legal obligation to pass on the data,
  • we are required by law to transmit data to state authorities, e.g. tax authorities, social insurance agencies, health insurance companies, supervisory authorities and law enforcement agencies,
  • the transmission is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR in order to safeguard legitimate company interests and to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, and if there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding protectable interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, we use external service providers, so-called contract processors, who are obliged to handle your data with due care.

When transmitting data to external bodies in third countries, i.e. outside the EU, we ensure that these bodies will treat your personal data with the same care as they would within the EU.

We only transmit personal data to third countries with respect to which the EU Commission has confirmed an adequate level of protection, or if we ensure the careful handling of personal data by means of contractual agreements or other suitable guarantees.

If we process your personal data, you are a data subject within the meaning of GDPR and have the following rights against us as the Controller:
