Changi International Airport

Changi Airport is a major aviation hub in Southeast Asia. A total of four passengers terminals, handling a capacity of exceeding 66 million passenger annually. Terminal 1 was opened in 1981, followed by Terminal 2 in 1990 and Terminal 3 in 2008. Terminal 4 was opened in 2017.

  • Air handling Units with T2/TB2 panels, high efficient Plug fans integrated with IE3 motors

FläktGroup has supplied the Variable Pitch In-Motion (VPIM) Fans in the Air Handling Station (AHS) for Terminal 1 & 2. FläktGroup has also supplied HT Smoke Extraction fans and mechanical ventilation fans for Terminal 1, 2 and 3 upgrading projects, total 350 quantity. For the new Terminal 4, FläktGroup has supplied 130 quantity of Air Handling Units with state of the art, high efficient Plug fans. In addition, 400 quantity of HT Smoke Extraction fans and mechanical ventilation fans.
