Transformation Analyst

We are looking for a Transformation Analyst to support Organisational transformation initiatives by performing data analysis, evaluating business processes, and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

 

THE ROLE:

 

·         Perform data analysis and reporting to provide actionable recommendations for transformation projects.

·         Create and interpret reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and risks.

·         Collaborate on the development and implementation of transformation strategies with project managers and departments

·         Design and conduct surveys and interviews to gather qualitative input, analyse and present findings in a compelling way

·         Manage stakeholders, facilitating communication and workshops to ensure alignment

·         Present analysis findings and recommendations to senior leadership and management in compelling presentations (PowerPoint

·         Support change management initiatives, including workforce training on new processes, tools, and methodologies

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

• A degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, economics, or a related field is essential.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., Agile, Scrum) or Change Management certification would be beneficial.
•          Familiarity with project management tools, ERP and CRM systems
•          1+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, business analysis, or similar
•          Versatile experience working with data analysis
•          Experience working on transformation or change management projects is considered an asset as well as experience of data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau)
