Transformation Manager
We are looking for a Transformation Manager to lead and coordinate the company’s transformation projects, especially Sales Unit operating model roll-out across the Group.
THE ROLE:
· Drive standard Sales Unit (SU) operating model implementation across FläktGroup entities:
o Baseline analysis of key metrics e.g. headcount, SG&A cost, productivity benchmarks, existing organization and role mapping, time spend analysis (survey and interviews)
o Identification of target state and productivity improvement potential between current state and benchmarks, in collaboration with the Sales Unit leadership team (Managing Director, Financial Director, HR Director, Sales Director)
o Facilitate and lead workshops with the SU leadership, core project team, and Executive SteerCo members
o Support SU leadership owning the project in designing and implementing target operating model and organization with clear roles and responsibilities, standard sales process deployment, salesforce performance management
o Drive a well-structured process focused on achieving targeted results, meeting the required timeline, with clearly defined KPIs, milestones, and tracking
o Ensure reporting of results is aligned and traceable with FläktGroup’s financial reporting
o Foster a culture of change management and employee buy-in
o Lead the work of a Transformation Associate / Analyst supporting the project
· Lead FläktGroup’s other key transformation initiatives (to be defined and prioritized separately)
· Stakeholder management and communication:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with Executive Team members, Sales Units, and other key functions (e.g. Finance, Product Management, HR, Communications & Marketing, R&D, Operations).
o Communicate project status and results effectively
o Organize and lead meetings and steering committees
YOUR PROFILE:
· Relevant degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field is essential
· At least 5-7 years of experience in project management e.g. in in-house role or as a consultant particularly in transformation projects in corporate setting, of which preferably at least 1 year in an in-house role
· Advanced certifications in project management or change management would be desirable
· Proven track record of leading transformation projects in cross-functional corporate setting
· Knowledge of project management best practices and tools
· High goal-orientation and can-do attitude to overcome obstacles to meet results
· Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities for managing complex situations, business acumen to distil the relevant options quickly
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and peers and manage change
· Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction at all hierarchical levels
· High social competence for designing effective change management processes and overcoming resistance
· Fluent English language skills, other languages considered an asset (e.g., German, French, Polish, Turkish, Swedish, Czech, Finnish)
Other things to note:
· Willingness to travel up to 50-80% (mainly within Europe but the US, Middle East, India also possible)
