Who can shop in the FläktGroup UK webshop?
The FläktGroup UK Webshop is only available to business customers.
To shop as a guest, login or register for an account, please click here to go to the SHOP.
How can I search for products in the webshop?
The FläktGroup UK Webshop offers two ways to find products:
• Search function: The search is located at the top of each page and can be accessed via the magnification icon. Our search supports product codes, product names and product types. Our search function also helps you find product-related documentation.
• Product catalogue: You can enter the FläktGroup UK online catalogue via PRODUCTS or SHOP at the top of the page. Filters and icons are available that can help you search for webshop products, expired products and spare parts or accessories.

The product I am looking for is not available in the Webshop, what can I do?
The FläktGroup UK Webshop does not include the complete product range from FläktGroup. Please contact our sales team to get complete information about our products.
What prices are shown in the webshop?
Prices are visible on the product pages without needing to register or login to the shop. The prices shown on the product pages exclude VAT, delivery costs and custom clearance fees. VAT and delivery costs are added and visible in the checkout process. Any applicable promotion codes can also be entered in the shopping cart.
My Account
How do I get an account for the FläktGroup Webshop?
You don’t need to have an account to shop in our webshop as you can checkout as a guest.
Registering for an account gives you access to enhanced features of the webshop such as project lists, order history and user management, as well as speedy ordering using your saved details.

How long will it take until my account is activated?
When you register for an account in the FläktGroup UK webshop, your account is activated and available to use immediately.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
You can reset your password from the login page by clicking the “Forgot your password?” button. Follow the instructions to enter your login information and create a new password.
How do I change my default account information eg billing address?
If you would like to update the information on your account, eg. Name, Billing Address etc, please contact shop.uk@flaktgroup.com for help. Please note PO BOX addresses cannot be used.
Placing an order
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value for the FläktGroup UK Webshop is £50. If your basket total is less than £50 (excluding delivery), the order value is automatically rounded up and charged at £50 (plus delivery).
How do I use a discount code?
If you have been sent a promotional discount code to use in our webshop, this can be used when you reach the Order Details page of the checkout process. Please enter your code in the ‘Promo Code’ box and click ‘Apply Code’. Your discount will be applied and will be visible in the basket totals area of the page.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can enter a new delivery address on the Order Detail page of the checkout process by clicking the ‘Create New Address’ button. Any address created here can be edited or deleted at any time using the appropriate buttons on the Order Detail page.
If you would like to update/edit the default delivery address held on your account, please contact shop.uk@flaktgroup.com for help. Please note we only delivery to UK mainland addresses and PO BOX addresses cannot be used.
Can I choose my delivery date?
The latest delivery date for the items in your basket determines the earliest delivery date for the total order. It is not possible to choose a later delivery date.
Can I split my order so the items ship separately?
If you would like your different items to ship separately to the same address with different delivery dates or on the same delivery date but with different markings, please place separate orders for each required delivery.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
FläktGroup UK Webshop orders are processed automatically. We cannot guarantee changes to orders after the order has been placed. Please contact shop.uk@flaktgroup.com for help.
I have ordered the wrong product in the webshop, what can I do?

How do I view my order history?
The FläktGroup UK Webshop has an area dedicated to Webshop Order History. To access your Order History you need to be a registered user of the FläktGroup UK Webshop. Please log in to the webshop to view this Click here to login or register to access this functionality click here to register.
Payment
How do I pay in the webshop and what are the payment terms?
The FläktGroup UK Webshop offers payment via Paypal as the standard payment method. You do not need a PayPal login to complete your payment, you only need to enter your payment card details.
What currency will I be charged?
The FläktGroup Webshop for United Kingdom uses Pound Sterling (GBP) as its currency.
How can I change my billing address?
If you would like to update the information on your account, eg. Name, Billing Address etc, please contact shop.uk@flaktgroup.com for help. Please note PO BOX addresses cannot be used.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged for orders from FläktGroup UK Webshop according to the following table:

If the basket contains products from multiple categories, the shipping charge is accumulated and presented as one price in the ‘totals’ area at the bottom of the order confirmation screen.
You will be able to see the delivery charge in the checkout process before payment.

Where do you ship to?
The FläktGroup Webshop is able to deliver to the whole of mainland United Kingdom. However, unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Your courier name and tracking number for you order will be sent to you in your Order Acknowledgement, Receipt and Invoice' email.

Returns
Can I return products ordered from the FläktGroup Webshop?
Returns are subject to FläktGroup approval. If returns are agreed with FläktGroup, returns must be made within 4 weeks of delivery date and a re-stocking charge of 30% of the total product price will apply. Please contact us at shop.uk@flaktgoup.com to check returns are available for your Products.
