HENGST ACQUIRES SPECIALIST FOR AIR FILTRATION DELBAG - NOVEMBER UPDATE
In line with previous announcement, Hengst has acquired the specialist for air filtration DELBAG and closing of the transaction took place on October 31’st 2018.
