Our Quality and Environmental Management Systems cover all our activities, products and services, and we hold ISO 9001 (Quality) and 14001 (Environment) certificates for our major global operations.

ESG Investing to drive change - With the Agenda 2030 and 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), ESG Investing (Environment, Social and Governance) is a methodology to translate the SDG initiatives into sustainable and financially sound programs.
Our business is deeply intertwined with ESG related areas, therefore a strong ESG vision creates value for FläktGroup, our customers, our employees, and our society.
We have made it our mission to save energy for our customers, improve and protect people’s health. Now we continue to extend and demonstrate the same commitment to protect our shared environment as part of our ESG program.
Our ESG Vision
Our company has a responsibility towards the environment, to our employees and to our business partners. The E in ESG, environmental criteria, includes the energy our company takes in and the discharged waste, the needed resources, and the consequences for living beings as a result. Not least, E encompasses carbon emissions and climate change. Like every company, FläktGroup uses energy and resources; therefore, every company affects, and is affected by, the environment.
S, social criteria, addresses the relationships FläktGroup company has and the reputation we foster with people and institutions in the communities where we do business. S includes labor relations and diversity and inclusion. Every company operates within a broader, diverse society.
G, governance, is the internal system of practices, controls, and procedures FläktGroup adopts in order to govern ourselves, make effective decisions, comply with the law, and meet the needs of external stakeholders. Every company, which is itself a legal creation, requires governance.

Environment
At FläktGroup everything we do is focused on the environment. We provide excellent and safe Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), we help our customers to reduce the use of energy and be more environmentally friendly, and we constantly look to reduce our own environmental footprint.
When we develop new or improved products and solutions we look at the entire life cycle by emphasizing and evaluating any major improvements through the value chain. Any of these measurable improvements will be reviewed, validated, and reported within the FläktGroup ESG management system. Significant contributions will also be highlighted within our annual ESG report.
Key targets areas include:
- Target Best in class energy efficiency to lower the life time greenhouse gas emissions.
- Lower the amount of plastic waste with respect to our products and associated packaging material
- Comply with all regional and local laws in particular concerning Material of Concern (MOC) and improved Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).
Social
We believe that high social standards and managing relationships with our workforce, the societies in which we operate, and the political environment create a robust platform for our business for today and for tomorrow.

In today’s complex world, the right course of action is not always obvious and because FläktGroup is a diverse group with several cultures across 3500 employees.
